Shipping

Free gift wrapping with all orders.  Please note, currently we are only able to accept orders to addresses within the United States of America.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.  Bayco is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Bayco’s control.

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery.
  • Express Delivery: Orders placed by 1:30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

Our rings are unique - please allow 20-25 working days for the fulfilment of your order.  If you have any question or require assistance, please contact our Client Services Team at 212-382-3390 or info@bayco.com and we would be happy to provide guidance.  Our team is available to help you from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Returns

Returns may be made by carrier or at our Showroom in New York City. If you would like to return one of our creations: you must notify our Client Services Team within 30 days from the date of delivery via email (info@bayco.com) or by calling our toll free hotline (800-376-7200), they will be happy to provide a return label and arrange a collection.  Our team is available to help you from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30 PM EST.  Please note that Bayco does not accept returns for custom orders.
